Powering the Stage at the 2026 PIF Private Sector Forum in Riyadh

For the PIF Private Sector Forum in Riyadh, Events AVP delivered a complete technical production solution covering LED screens, event lighting, professional audio, and broadcast-ready production. The result was a high-impact event environment designed to support keynote sessions, panel discussions, and live audience engagement.

A Panoramic LED Stage

A wide panoramic LED wall formed the centerpiece of the stage, creating an immersive backdrop for the forum. Arabic and English content was displayed edge-to-edge, ensuring clear visibility across the ballroom.

Lighting, Audio & Broadcast

The lighting design complemented the venue’s elegant architecture, with warm LED lines highlighting the stage and steps, suspended circular structures framing the stage, and moving lights adding depth and atmosphere.

Flown line-array speakers provided clear and consistent sound coverage throughout the hall, ensuring keynote speeches and panel discussions could be heard clearly. The technical setup was also designed to support professional event coverage, with strategically positioned cameras capturing the stage and program.

From LED and lighting to audio, sound, and broadcast production, Events AVP delivered an integrated technical production solution for this major forum in Riyadh.
